Sunday Refresh

Good afternoon.  It's 12pm and I'm resting after starting my day with Barre. I'm getting stronger but need to add a couple more days of active training. I also will begin my 5k-10k training tomorrow. I feel somewhat accomplished... It certainly has been a long way since the launch of 40 before 40. I've made meals, read, ran a 5k, blogged, downloaded my gratitude app, saved and more.... I am feeling accomplished, grateful and happy.
