Vegas day three

Yesterday began with a 7am breakfast at Denny's. The cost of everything here is so high! We ate then went back to the room to rest. Around 11 we walked toward the stratosphere...an hour later we're starving so we walk back for lunch at the outback. I had Salmon and vegetables.  After that we went back to change for the pool. We went to the mirage pool from 2-5:15.  Met some cool, people, read and soaked up a lot of sun. Kevin's friend Bill joined us from San Diego and met us at the pool. We ran to rhumbar to get $5 drinks before happy hour ended. After our gin and toni s we went to get ready for our excursion to Fremont. We were planning to go to Le Thai for dinner and music, black milk at the beauty bar. We got in a cab with an interesting Ethiopian cab driver then were dropped off in Fremont ... Very bright, lots of people,zip lining and more... Le Thai had and one wait so we went to la comida which was terrible Mexican food. After eating we walked to beauty bar for live hip hop. We walked in to a club and then went out side in the back for the live music. First act sounded just like eminem. Several acts, lots of second hand s'more and several hours later, we saw black milk. I must say, it was a unique experience in Vegas... The only con is the second hand smoke and my crabby attitude.  So the night ended at 2am. Lots of drinks, lots of fun and we found locals and had a cool experience. On to a really slow star, day 3....
