A bright day

Today has been so productive. I began my morning with an 8am Barre class. Followed by a 30 minute run and laundry. Now I'm finally relaxing with a masque and dental white strips. There's nothing like starting the day with exercise and a little TD Jakes. My prior post was about depression which is essentially negativity. Exercise can get some positive energy flowing in the mind and body!

Here's my plan for working out and getting ready for my 5k in May.

Sunday: Barre and run
Monday: Barre at home
Tuesday: Couch to 5k 
Wednesday: Barre
Thursday Couch to 5k
Friday: free
Saturday: free, strength or run - open day

Back to 40-b4-40- finishing up The Outfider by Camus.
