Sunday refresh

Another day. Another Sunday. First Palm Sunday writing this blog. Didn't make it to barre but did 30 minutes on couch to 5k. I'm getting ready for Vegas for a two minute break. I hope to see the Grand Canyon on this trip but I doubt it. I still need to make a list of things to do and see on this trip. I'm a bit anxious about my trip to Miami for work and the LA skills gap paper. I imagine things will get better after that!
