Goals

Today will mark the start of my 30 day Pescatarian/veg based reset. I think I had a false start that ended with my eating ribs at Fibbers last night. I will run at least 2 miles on the treadmill and start my push ups training. I haven’t exercised since returning from my ski trip on 12/24. It’s been so cold here in Mass and we just had what was described as a bomb cyclone.

I will also go to the library to see if some of my books are available to rent from the library. Hoping to make this a productive Saturday.
