Blogmas Day 5

OMG.... today has been the most unproductive day for me in a long time. I cancelled my morning meetings and then sat in my office working on my final paper and putting together my christmas shopping list. I've literally sat at my desk after having breakfast and lunch wasting time. Feel really depressed from the email request for this paper that my colleague refuses to complete. I am so upset and paralyzed... I don't want to work here but yet it is such a great job with excellent wages and benefits. It also gives me the flexibility I need to pursue my doctorate, pay for it and learn all at the same time. I guess I should look at the positive instead of the negative.

Here's what I would like to work on this month:

  • exercise - 10 push ups and train again for 5k
  • diet - start up pescatarian and plant based diet starting with a cleanse and full adoption by 12/10
  • health/wellness - take yoga, meditate, take vitamins daily and take medications
  • blogmas - incorporate MTS and doctoral musings to wrap up the month
  • being mindful and kind - get Joyce Meyer daily devotional

NEW SERIES - GOOD EATS +  EXERCISE & TRAVEL + GOOD MUSIC + READING = 
GOOD LIFE

Volunteer at church (St. Peters) I donated pies for thanksgiving at St Peters – 2015 and 2016
Ride bike In process – got training wheels and then stopped practicing
