28 day challenge

I am coming to announce the start of my first 28-day challenge. It's a modified challenge that incorporates the 10 day modified smoothie cleanse, begin my 5k training and continue my bible reading of Samuel.  Here's what will happen in February:

Breakfast: smoothie from 10day cleanse book
Lunch: smoothie from 10day cleanse book
Snack: Apple, fruit or nuts
Dinner: vegetarian or vegetarian and one protein (fish or chicken 10 days)
Exercise: 30 minute jog on treadmill (3x per week): two classes at yoga Sakti (Saturday & Sunday).

Goal: bring cc debt down to 4K 

Save: 5k in savings

Start learning to crotchet and make Naomi a present.

Hair twisted on (1/30) and colored (1/29)

Take multivitamin everyday, vitamin D 3x per week, see primary care doctor...

Weigh in on March 1st- expect at least 5lb weight loss and hair growth.
