Yoga Sakti

I took my first class at yoga Sakti. Huge difference since this studio is huge. I really need to work on letting things go. I am so disappointed in the people in my life for not doing exactly what I want or being exactly how I want them to be. Geez. A really hard way of living. Plus I drank a kale smoothie that is killing my stomach. I really need Jesus. I need to purge all this negative energy fast.
