40240 journey fail. Work travel anxiety. Triumph in trusting the Lord. So I gained 10lbs. Haven't been on a run since the 5k last May- 4 months ago. Major work project shifts are affecting my confidence.   I need to regroup and start over. Get on my knees and give all thanks and ask God to direct my path.
